We gladly accept returns or exchanges of unworn pieces for any reason, if requested within 30 days of receipt.   If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization and we will provide instructions for mailing the item back.  Once received we will refund your item(s) through the same channel paid (shipping charges are not refundable).  Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.  After 30 days, returns may incur a re-stocking fee of 15%, we are flexible, please contact us to discuss your situation.  

Please note that all custom orders are considered final sale.


It's not very often that a piece breaks or needs repair. But if it does, we will repair it for no cost for one year or a nominal fee after 1 year.  In this case, please contact us and ship it back to us. We will then repair it and ship it back to you at our cost.  

Items are accessed on an individual basis for items purchased more that 1 year ago. Please contact us via email to let us know the situation.
